New web view link for benefits feature

The following link shall be included in the web view of the benefits tab. The link is used for both, the German and the English version.

We need to make sure that

the web view will be correctly displayed
the navigation through the web view is working sufficiently
all links that are opened within the benefits web view are handled within the app and are not forwarded to the browser
the user is not automatically logged out
