Accepting EULA statement triggers account import dialogue #855

When updating to latest test version, EULA statement is shown on app start. Accepting the EULA triggers the account import view (Screenshot).

Expected behavior: After accepting the EULA, user should be forwarded to chat view. Way out: Kill and restart application so that accoount view disappears
