Fix sudo configuration on primary.hoccer.com & enable local root login #44

System was manually rebooted into recovery image due to very high CPU load and repeatingly restarted linccer service. sudo issue was fixed and system rebooted into normal image. sudo works again.

Local root login / su should work now. I also removed the public keys of authorized_keys file of old user accounts.
