Fix group management #198

Remove contacts when:

[x] they disappear from a group
[x] when group disappears
[x] check for existing chats, skip deletion when contact is related

Nearby contacts:

[x] multiple nearby groups
[x] when turning off nearby and returning - no update on contacts that have changed in the meantime (local bug on device DB) —> proposed fix: delete nearby contacts when nearby feature deactivated (ask for removal when chat data exists)
