Some iOS clients spread old filecache URLs for avatars (because ForceFilecacheUrl did not update the database)
Android did (and maybe still does) not handle it well
Proposed solution: Robust URL updating on the server

As of hoccer/hoccer-talk-spike@4ba4ca5d95ea459d0d83501ca5ff2abe6ee7fa9e, the TalkServer (3.0.20) will change avatar URLs to point to the current filecache.

As a follow-up, the iOS client should remove the "force filecache" workaround and migrate its avatar URLs properly (e.g. by sending them to the server once and reading them back).
