Safari crashes on cyclic audio graph. #44

In short, this problem is fixed in Blink, but Safari still has it. The solution is not using PannerNode with any kind of cyclic audiograph.

WAAX has to wait for StereoPannerNode to propagate to all 3 browsers. :(
