Not able to zoom out

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the latest src code and build jar file using build.xml
2. Open the average temperature chart. Zoom in, Zoom out.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Want to zoom in and out. With the newest jar file I am not able to zoom out.

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the issue.
Use demo with average temperature chart. It is a problem with the newest Jar 
file which I downloaded because the older one had a bug which was fixed 
regarding the bar char scrolling in the opposite direction.

What version of the product binary library are you using?

0.7.0. Please not I checked out newest source from here today.
