Search for Iconclass notations with no artworks fails #101

Reason (Why?) For Example 25F25(Elephant)(+63) has no results. Therefore the user is tempted to start a full text search, which only matches the label attribute and has no results.

Solution (What?) We need a way to search the whole iconclass hierarchy, not just those notations with images.

Out of scope Full text search for other attributes is described in https://github.com/hochschule-darmstadt/openartbrowser/issues/199

Acceptance criteria All Iconclass notations can be found by the search.
