Locations without Labels #74

Describe the bug A lot of locations don't have a label. This results in empty badges.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://cai-ddk-art-browser.fbi.h-da.de/artwork/artwork-DE-Mb112-20344004
  2. See empty location badge and
  3. Go to https://cai-ddk-art-browser.fbi.h-da.de/location/location-Vatikan
  4. See no label

Expected behavior All entities except artwork should have a label to fill the content of the badge. Most of the locations with missing labels should have at least a place name. This should be used as label.
