Tooltips are too long #494

Problem: The current tooltips are too long for a user to read.

Solution: The tooltips should only be a quick help with a maximum of one sentence. Longer explanations should be displayed on the help page.

We wanted to postpone / ignore this idea. I still think that for some users , 2-3 sentences are more helpful than one.
