477 : adding error pages and messages to openartbrowser + translations

That's weird. It is working on my side (regarding wrond id). @EeveesEyes can you review it as well, just to be sure?

@DPhuongHda: Oops sorry, my bad - I've just tested it again and it also works with wrong IDs. Apparently, I've only pulled the first two commits, idk why the other three didn't show up / got pulled automatically yesterday.. But insofar false alarm - good work & feel free to merge! 👍🏼
