Exhibitions #518

Reason (Why?) Museums present their 'content' in a curated manner by combining different topics into an exhibition. Currently, our website is a quasi-representation of the datamodel and does not allow such combinations of artworks.

Solution (What?) Two versions are proposed:

Version 1:

Implement an automatic query generator, which changes queries in arbitrary time intervals. This version finds related qualifiers (such as artists of the 17th and 18th century) and combines some to a query with about 30 - 60 Artworks. For example an exhibition could include artworks by Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) and Michelangelo Merisi Da Caravaggio (1571-1610) into one list. Such exhibitions could be presented on the Home Page. By adding a "seed" functionality to the random generator of these queries, we could add an exhibiton-history, which contains all past exhibitions.

Version 2:

Implement curated lists with arbitrary content. This could be the first step to user-generated content on our website. In a future version, users can log into our website, combine artworks into a list and write annotations about these artworks. By adding a vote-functionality for good content and thereby rating these lists, users may get motivated to create better lists. The top-rated lists could be presented on the Home Page. The first step would be to implement lists, that are curated by the team.

Acceptance criteria A combination of artworks (exhibition) can be presented on the website.

For inspiration we can look to Städel and their Exhibtions: https://www.staedelmuseum.de/de/ausstellungen
