LOS probably changed something upstream and screwed up RR. Following links are helpful.

Fixed in https://github.com/hockeymikey/android_system_tools_hidl/commit/14ef0180bf38d450ac02ad947fd5322e77cb8951 https://github.com/hockeymikey/platform_manifest/commit/60e13ab551712437483575719f31d371fd792e35 Switched from AOSP to LOS base for hidl package since LOS updated some stuff.
