About screen does not scroll vertically #13

Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to the "About" screen
2. Rotate device to landscape (so that text flows off the bottom of the screen)
3. Attempt to scroll vertically in order to see text that has scrolled off the 
screen

Actual Results:
Screen does not scroll; text off of the screen is not visible and there is no 
way to see it.

Expected Results:
Screen scrolls vertically; text off of the screen become visible by scrolling
