ui button images are scaled up and look at bit pixelated #2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the main screen of the application

Expected Results:
The images on the buttons look nice

Actual Results:
The images on the buttons are scaled up and look pixelated

fixed in changeset ca397620ace6, which adds the "Default" button.  Since this 
button takes up extra real estate on the screen it causes the buttons to not be 
scaled as much.  They're still not perfect, but definitely look better than 
before.
