Dim support on endeavoru #6

This feature request is to add support for "dim" on endeavoru.  xda user Vcek 
suggested that this might be possible by writing 10 to the file 
/sys/class/leds/button-backlight/lut_coefficient.  This should be investigated 
and incorporated into the app if it works reliably, thus opening up the "dim" 
setting to endeavoru users.

support for dim has been added, and will be released in v1.0.8.  However, many 
users report "dim" brightness and "bright" brightness being the same.  that's 
another issue for another day.
