Error: ServerError.SERVER_ERROR @ #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to Sandbox Playground

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On my previous login on another day, I see some data. but today, it's all 
"Error: ServerError.SERVER_ERROR @ "

What browser and on what operating system?
Firefox, IE8

Please provide any additional information below.

The sandbox is returning this error for all requests, and it independent of the 
client library and webapp.
