Thanks Cornelius for spotting these! I'm going to merge this onto a branch so I can add back in the Spike mutation line and adjust slightly.

Edit - ah I see where the Spike line went - up.

Yeah went up because I thought it was confusing to mention the important Spike mutations after the less prominent other ones
