Support well-known variant labels, such as QB.1 #366

I guess there is some usefulness to using labels such as 22E, though most people know them by their name, such as BA.5, QB.1.1 etc. Please support the latter to.

Hi Ron, thank you for your issue. We're aware that some are more familiar with the Pango nomenclature. In general we follow the NextClade nomenclature, there is some interest in having the Pango names available too. Unfortunately, we are a very limited team and haven't had time to implement this yet, as we'd want to have a toggle or similar to control this.
