Add download button #383

It would be super helpful to have a download option next to all the variant frequency graphs!

What do you imagine would be downloaded when you press the button?

The time series frequency data for every variant by location? So something like - (Date,LocationCode,Variant,Frequency) or the Variants can be columns and frequencies can be column values if those queries work better.
