I suggest to rename and reorder the tabs Overview, Issue Log and File Log as follows:
The first tab is Issues. This is also the tab which is active per default.
The second tab is Coverage. which gives information what part of the project is reviewed and which files have changes since the last review.
Last tab is Executive Summery which gives some nice numbers and figures.
