Html report: local link to file #6

Within the html report I would like to click on the file name to view it in the browser. I think this can work as long as the review_minder subdirectory is part of the reviewd project. This may also be a argument to drop the --path option. To have the source code browsable from the generated html report, the report must be located within the project.

I close this is issue. There are more imporant features than that.
