GE tour with user selected LookAt point. #290

Google Earth application.

I think there is a need to let the user select the view angle during tour 
playback. This will allow creation of tours where AnimatedUpdates control the 
model movement and user decides how to look at it.

Currently, though the documentation says that if I use a Wait command, the 
camera movement is disabled. But... it still goes to some default 
starting point event if I remove all the Camera and LookAt entries. 

Not that I know about...
