"cameraRoll" parameter in <viewFormat> #402

Which products are relevant to this feature request?
KML / Google Earth

What should this feature enhancement do?
NetworkLinks should be able to pass the roll value of the current view just 
like other parameters (lookatTilt, lookatHeading).

Although one cannot currently change the roll values using the "normal" 
interface of Google Earth, it is changing when using the flight simulator.

Are there any currently known workarounds that produce the same, or
similar, result?
