Inconsistent and incorrect spelling of Dr Dmitri Kavetski's last name in copyright signature #108

*** What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Change copyright signature to correct the spelling of Dr Dmitri Kavetski's 
last name. It currently appears as "Kavestki". See below;
