clarification of usage of RFORTRAN_PATH in online "download and installation" for RFortran #114

Currently, step 8 of Manual Installation 
(http://code.google.com/p/rfortran/wiki/Installation#Download_and_Installation) 
asks to define the environmental variable RFORTRAN_PATH and to "set its value 
to the install folder of RFortran".

It would be very helpful (and save time) if a short example was provided 
directly on the website. For example, something like:

"eg, if you installed the RFortran folder into a folder called 'Libraries', 
then the RFORTRAN_PATH variable should be set to 'C:\USER\My 
Documents\Libraries\RFortran'"

This should be pretty easy to do. Being this explicit would avoid any confusion 
regarding whether the variable refers to the parent folder of RFortran, or to 
the RFortran folder itself, etc.
