RFortran installation failed on Win7 #118

*** What steps will reproduce the problem?

After double clicking RFortran-v3.0.0.exe on Win7 (64bit), it pops up: "No 
registry entry for R found. Please re-install R, and ensure 'Save version 
number in Registry' is selected."

I have tried re-install R 3.0.1 or R 2.15.3 a few times. I am sure R 
installation is successful and I selected 'Save version number' every time.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
