Rinit, ok = -2147467262, " Class not registered " #23

Rinit returns: ID: -2147467262 - Class not registered - R command
comRegisterRegistry() has not been executed!

Occurs, because the Rcom server has not been registered properly. Either
because, comRegisterRegistry() command has not been issued properly (see
manual installation in Wiki) OR because you do not have administrator
priviledges on your computer. Administrator priviledges are required to
register a COM server. NOTE: If you don't have administrator privileges and
issue the command comRegisterRegistry() no error message will be provided.
