Missing diagnosis of stack-induced COM failure #34

Did you guys remove the specific error message when COM fails to initialise
likely to excessive stack - as was the case in versions <1.0?

I couldnt see it anywhere in the new code. I think that was a useful error
message, and it seemed consistent on IVF/CVF, etc. I think it should be
restored in some way shape or form.

We did not remove the error messages. 

In file

on lines 2967-2971 you will see the error messages relating to stack sizes
