Run Rinit from a Fortran Windows application

*** What is the expected output?

No visual changes to the screen

*** What do you see instead?

Several DOS console windows flashing past.

*** What version of RFortran are you using?

2.0.1

*** On which Windows operating system?

Win XP Pro

*** What Fortran compiler (name and version number) are you using?

*** What version of R are you using?

*** Please provide any additional information below.

This appears due to using DOS shell commands (cmd.exe) within Rinit. It
does not appear to indicate and error, but can be slightly confusing.
