Stand-alone (internet independent) version of the RFortran installer suitable 
for installations at workshops etc.

To-do:

Change installer options:
(a) Selecting source code, only installs source code 
(b) All system setting/modifications (e.g. installing COM server, RFORTRAN_PATH 
etc) are undertaken by single option in the installer - this will also enable 
non-source users (e.g. BATEA) users to install RCOM connection without having 
to install RFortran  
Note: in NSIS the /x switch in the FILES command exclude certain files

For this options need to install a subset of
