Replace unit 6 with 'screenUnit' #99

*** Problem description

Throughout the current RFortran / Mutils, there is a lot of reliance on unit 6 
being the screen. However this is not guaranteed by the standard. As such it is 
a rather unsightly hardcoding..

I therefore recommend that 6 be replaced by the parameter 'screenUnit' from 
kinds_dmsl_kit. This would also be more self-documenting.
