Repair bug in last month qouta #119

Object holidays from czech_holidays contains holidays only for todays year But we can make our own Holidays object for chooseable year Thats reason why get_number_of_work_days work bad for months from last year

There was also smaller errors in views.

@OndrejVicar , I corrected the test so it is OK now (I do not know how to remove "changes requested")
