It would be great if dashboard have something like this:
User will write his current work here, and when he swipe out on terminal, this data will be written into the session page and all time will be assigned to chosen project with written description.
Set up button possibly could write data to session page everytime its pushed... that allows user to work half of a day on one project, and second half on another project as he now can in session page.
