Just old name Ticker

@simonabrejcakova not yet. It is ticker folder and things inside of it are generated automatically by starting of django project - https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/2.0/intro/tutorial01/#creating-a-project

This issue is really not that important. It is an only cosmetic thing.
