Get license file from mule programmatically. #33

Users should be able to provide they anypoint platform credentials in a data_bag, and get their license file. See if there is a way to implement this.

I searched through the documentation, the anypoint-cli and the APIs published by Mulesoft, and I found no options to retrieve license files in an automated way. We may be able to reverse engineer the support portal, but I don' t think this is a small effort.
