It would also be useful to be able to capture enquiries:-

Category (immigration/generalist)

Name of enquirer if given

Area (Hull/East Riding/N Lincs/NE Lincs/North Yorkshire/York)

Time

Any follow up actions to be taken (phone call/email/send out leaflet/make appt/referral or signpost to named org)
