re-enable group avatars #73

Re-enabled setting the group avatar from signald's location for storing received avatar files. I am assuming that it was not intended to disable avatars with commit 514d619c4aa6ccdb2dc948d1f9233b2f038354e7 .

Thank you for your contribution. :) Indeed, I was focusing on the core functionality. The dev branch is in a strict state of "works for me". I have no idea how badly the simplified handling of groups will affect bridges like spectrum or bitlbee.
