chore: update Nextcloud to 28.0.0 #54

Thank you for the PR. I already have this update in my local repo, but currently the GPG signing key from Nextcloud is not available (HTTP 404 Error). Therefore I cannot verify the archive in the Docker image build process. Someone already created a discussion on help.nextcloud.com three days ago, but there is still no response. I will wait with the update until a signing key is provided by official Nextcloud channels.
