Multiple addressbooks seems to be challenging on OSX. This should make it work again as described in https://github.com/nextcloud/contacts/issues/399#issuecomment-451651613

Since I don't have macOS I can't test this. But I merge it in favor of the positive comments in the provided link. Furthermore there is no error_page directive anymore.

I am writing here, because this has been referenced to nextcloud/contacts#399 I doubt that this will make Mac OS being able to sync multiple addressbooks. For details see here: https://github.com/nextcloud/contacts/issues/399#issuecomment-468992259
