hi, ich hab die tage mal ribap via nextflow gestartet. hat alles gut funktioniert (nachdem ich rausgefunden habe, dass ich auf prost gehen muss, wegen docker :D ) ein minor bug der mir aufgefallen ist: in den combine/ribap_roaryxx_summary.txt files steht noch ein dict über der actual summary
