changing margins in draft mode, resolved bug from finalcompile switch #24

The margins do not look well in draft mode. But now the todos are readable and the finalcompile switch works.

@dl1chb good idea. I agree, the large margins are not super nice but even help to better distinguish draft and final mode. And the Todos are better visible.
