change reference numbering for sections 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 to be consecutive
add Docker file to compile the template even w/o installing any dependencies

I think with this change it is a bit messy to adjust the bibliography style. However, the current default (numbers, sorted by the appearance in the text except for sections 1.2.1 and 1.2.2) should satisfy most users.
