Remove light-bulb image or make an optional feature #27

Remove that, and the light bulb should be gone

Dear Dr. Martin Hölzer, in case I would also like to remove the delimiter between the light bulb and the text, so that the text fills the box completely, can you give a hint which code snippet has to be removed?
