Make use of cleveref package for nicer cross referencing #46

cleveref is a nicer (proper?) way to create cross references. Before it works properly, https://github.com/hoelzer/dfg/pull/45 needs to be accepted though.

Thanks for the PR - as soon as there is some time I will have a closer look in both PRs (#45 )!
