Hey @FPK thanks for the PR! But can you please explain in a bit more detail what this change does? I compiled the PDF based on your forked repository and the number_bookmarks branch but I can not see any difference to the current main branch

Ahh, maybe this is an adobe acrobat feature? To see numbered Table of Content?

Ah yes, that's it : ) I usually use mac preview and there is no bookmark ToC directly visible. Thx for the addon!

Thanks for accepting the pull request :)!

You can also view the "Outline" ("Inhaltsverzeichnis") in the mac preview ("Vorschau"). It could be that it is turned off by default, indeed.
