Break up Sahara Sync into multiple distributions

Sahara Sync is currently bundled in a giant distribution. It should be split up:

• hostd implementation
• hostd test suite
• clientd implementation
• clientd test suite
• AnyEvent::WebService::Sahara
• distributions for different sync dir implementations
  • it'd be nice if clientd had some intelligence if you didn't have an appropriate one installed, but one were available
  • a working sync dir implementation is neccessary for clientd to pass the test suite
• distributions for different storage implementations
  • DBIWithFS is kind of neccessary for the hostd test suite...
• Sahara::Stream::*
  • needs to be separate for AE::WS::Sahara
  • should probably be renamed
• alternate clients
  • Android
  • iOS
  • etc

I'm not sure if these should just be separate distributions on the CPAN, or separate Git repositories as well.
