When I say it's RESTful, it's not that RESTful. Here are some ideas:

/changes should support a limit=X. We should probably favor since=$REV rather than X-Sahara-Last-Revision.
/blobs/ should return a list of blobs. limit=X and after=$BLOB should work.
/blobs/foo/ should return all blobs "under" foo/.
If we return an XHTML document for /blobs/, it should should probably have a "next" link. Example:

    <a href='...' rel='next>Next</a>
