Tests sometimes report "your server received SIGPIPE"

Sometimes, the following tests will receive a SIGPIPE in the hostd instance running for testing purposes:

• t/client/sync-streaming.t
• t/client/sync-non-streaming.t

As far as I can tell, this doesn't break anything, but it definitely doesn't look good, and it could also indicate a deeper problem.

This is possibly related to #47, as both issues both occur only in t/client/sync*streaming.t, and only in the following test methods:

• test_offline_update
• test_preexisting_files
• test_revision_persistence

Problem solved; I just wasn't wrapping things up correctly.
