The reason it will ban your acc Is it always create & then send dm & don't keep record in some text files....

yes it will ban the accounts, but you can still raise the token life duration by buying phone verified tokens and using good proxies etc. note: everything which is against discord tos can ban your account.. discord is strict when somebody is selfbotting and will ban them.
